One collection, two souls: VittEr Design® by Filippi 1971 presents Déco, the glam side of the POP furniture line

VittEr Design®, a brand of the Filippi 1971 company, gives its first iconic and contemporary line of POP furniture, designed by Basaglia + Rota Nodari architects, a new Déco look with an elegant and refined allure, capable of highlighting the sinuous and rhythmic lines of the collection.

As Francesca Filippi, VittEr Design® Project Manager, explains, “Déco is the chic twin of POP, the one that, while maintaining the recognizable elements of the collection, chooses to dress with precious details such as the marble print and the sparkling chrome details”.

Therefore, starting from two cornerstones – the iconic #design of the products and the exclusive VittEr® material with which they are made – the brand splits its first collection into a POP version and a Déco that intercepts different tastes and needs, while maintaining its own recognizability and the possibility of customization, creating a unique and versatile style for each environment, also by connecting the two identities, the most playful with the most sophisticated.

Déco is the glamorous line that is expressed through the ethereal marble print of the shelves and tops and the carefully selected finishes of the stems: satin white and turmeric gold, gunmetal chrome, gold and steel.

Coffee tables, stools, coat hangers, bookcases, consoles, reception desks and benches thus find a different location, both chosen individually and in dialogue with each other, to enrich and become protagonists of both contract and residential environments.

The distinctive element of the collection remains its exclusive material. VittEr® opens up to endless style possibilities to always stir new languages while maintaining its technical features: 100% Italian compact stratified laminate which is formaldehyde-free, antibacterial, scratch-resistant, waterproof and completely recyclable, renewable and eco-sustainable (it is manufactured with cellulose-based papers from a sustainable, certified chain of custody and without the use of additional resins or glues).

The architects Basaglia + Rota Nodari add: “With Déco we wanted to highlight the chameleon-like personality of VittEr Design®, selecting precious finishes that enhance the #design of each single piece. The sinuous shapes are composed in the space to create ethereal, almost metaphysical objects for refined tastes and sophisticated environments. From POP to Déco we have designed a broad transversality that intends to underline the potential of a collection which, by its nature and the characteristics of the material, is customizable and designed to create unique atmospheres. We imagined these objects in hotel lobbies, public places or homes designed by interior designers with a strong personality”.
